DRY CURED HICKORY SMOKED BACK BACON
I want the piece of bacon that I put on my plate to be the same size as the piece I put in the pan. So I made sure that my dry cured bacon not only tastes delicious but does not shrink.
Many commercially produced bacon is injected with water. When cooked the water comes out, the bacon shrinks and it leaves an unpleasant scum in the pan.
My Hickory Smoked Back Bacon is bacon as it should be, real flavour from prime quality pork smoked over hickory wood chippings. I hope you enjoy it.
