Dry Cured Ham with a Hickory Smoke

This ham is delicious! Like my sausages it's Gluten Free. It's made from whole cuts of British pork legs and there's no added water. The Hickory Smoke gives it a really disticntive flavour - I'm sure you will enjoy it.
