Gluten Free Pork Pie

Recipe from Mrs. Carol Richards, Plymstock

Using gluten free flour, make pastry as normal.
Line a pork pie tin, or 4 - 5" tin
Remove the skins from one pack of The Black Farmer Premium Pork sausages
Mix together with 3/4 tsp dried sage
Mix thoroughly
Press mixture together and press into lined tin
Put a pastry lid on top
Coat with beaten egg
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 20 minutes
Then reduce the heat to 170C and cook for a further 1 and a quarter hours
Coat the top with beaten egg again during cooking.
