February 9th 2010. "Dear Black Farmer. I am writing to say thank you for your products. I was diagnosed with coeliac disease 2yrs ago and I also have a 4yr old son with an egg allergy. To find really tasty sausages that we can both eat (and that the rest of the family enjoy) is such a treat. I usually shop online with Waitrose and had read that they would be stocking your chipolatas but so far I haven't been able to order them. I currently buy your traditional sausages from Tesco but would prefer to shop elsewhere. Anyway this email was really to say thank you and to wish you every success."

"I bought some of your sausages at the weekend from Tesco as recommended by my friend and they were so nice it was lovely to eat such a meaty sausage and my family really really enjoyed them and were fighting over the last one. I don't normally email to comment on products that I buy but these were so nice I felt I had to comment on the good work that has been put in to making these.The only down side I felt that they were very hard to find in my Local Tesco Store in Trowbridge they seemed to be tucked away at the back wish I feel is a shame for such a nice product. Well done everyone."

I just had to buy them. My husband is a black man and he felt very proud that there is a black farmer out there. "I have eaten too many sausages in my years, but oh boy these are the best, the very best and I cannot buy enough of them. I am on the Atkins diet now and these are just so tasty and cook well, keep their shape and score over 100 percent in all categories. I am going to track down the apple ones in Waitrose and I just hope that all supermarkets start to stock them so that I can buy them wherever I go.
"I hate breaded sausages and ones that are spiced and salted beyond comprehension. I dislike O'Hagans, whatever they do with them they all leave you crying out for water and a strong twang in your mouth. Treagust, another local sausage from Emsworth I used to like a bit, but it was loaded with bread. I do not know how you make a sausage so beautiful and perfect but thank god you have.

"Your sausages are the best I ever bought in the UK. It took me a year to finally get my hands on some but they are absolutely tasty. I usually do not like the run of the mill UK sausages due to the way they are made with all kids of fillers, preservatives, colouring and other "enhancements". However yours are pure and they do not shrink or shrivel up in the pan either.
"Knowing where to get them I will have you on my lunch or dinner menu at least 2 to 3 times a month and at my next get-together with friends it will be your sausages and not the usual curry."

"Just wanted to say I bought some of your Pork sausages in Sainsbury's and they were excellent, the best I ever tasted, you certainly have a winning way with pork! I went back and bought every pack they had on display just in case they sold out!! I think they were far superior to the Duchy of Cornwall ones I also tried, I think your combination of seasoning was much better than theirs, I liked the texture too....just right not too coarse, not too soft, they cooked well too. The skins kept their shape and blended with the meat, not like some I have tried where the skins linger long after the meat has gone and are too chewy! I have recommended your tasty sausages to my friends!"
