‘Thank You’ for producing such a wonderful sausage! My husband and son both have Coeliac and I am always looking out for new things for them to try. Sausages are usually either over spiced or very bland but having seen Black Farmer Sausages advertised on Coeliac Uk website I was amazed and pleased to find them in my local Tesco! Well they (and I) loved them! They are, as my son said “better than normal sausages!”. ."

"Your sausages are the best I ever bought in the UK. It took me a year to finally get my hands on some but they are absolutely tasty. I usually do not like the run of the mill UK sausages due to the way they are made with all kids of fillers, preservatives, colouring and other "enhancements". However yours are pure and they do not shrink or shrivel up in the pan either. Knowing where to get them I will have you on my lunch or dinner menu at least 2 to 3 times a month and at my next get-together with friends it will be your sausages and not the usual curry. From the smell when they were cooking to the last mouthful they are meaty, flavoursome, juicy and simply divine! It makes a refreshing change to eat a sausage you know has been made with love and passion and to know you are not going to end up chewing on a bit of gristle or fat, but just wholesome tasty meat and wonderful herbs and spices! I went back and bought every pack they had on display just in case they sold out!! I think they were far superior to the Duchy of Cornwall ones I also tried, I think your combination of seasoning was much better than theirs, I liked the texture too....just right not too coarse, not too soft, they cooked well too. The skins kept their shape and blended with the meat, not like some I have tried where the skins linger long after the meat has gone and are too chewy! "Since reading about The Black Farmer™ Sausages in the Western Morning News I have been looking for them on my weekly shopping expedition to Sainsbury’s in Torquay and have been asking when they will be in the store. This week - bingo! We've just had The Black Farmer™ Sausages for lunch. My husband is a 'sausage man', absolutely loves them. Me? Not that keen, but I just so enjoyed them I had to write and tell you. Meaty, not greasy, dry and tasty. I hope The Black Farmer™ will be a really successful venture, but not so successful that it becomes a commercial product like all the others! Lovely lunch, thank you."
